Sushi24 is a 24-hour sushi chain that blends traditional culinary artistry with modern convenience, offering high-quality sushi around the clock while maintaining a family-owned business feel.

Before the redesign, Sushi24 struggled with inconsistent branding and an unclear market position, which made it difficult to stand out and effectively communicate its unique 24-hour service.

To address these issues, I conducted a thorough analysis of Sushi24’s core values, target audience, and market competition.

Key steps in the process included:
- Developing a cohesive visual identity,
- including a new logo and branding elements.
